 Last year based upon DC's experiences at the DC Mtn Lab in Utah. DC introduced the Mallard, a member of the Water resistant series that was developed out of pure necessity. This year DC bring that same design concept to the snowboard boot line introducing the 2008 field. The field features a unique full TPR TOE CAP, a feature that comes straight from the Mallard. The cap is extremly water resistant, and provides tons of durability in a typically high abuse part of teh boot. The end result is a boot that combines high functionality with some unique urban styling that reflects DC's roots. Designers have utilised SYNTHETIC LEATHER on the upper to keep the field lightweight and water resistant. We've also included an Articulated upper Cuff. It'll feel like the boots are allready broken in even before the first season. An ERGONOMICALLY ENGINEERED 3-D TONGUE and an ADJUSTABLE ANKLE BRACE have been included for the comfort and support. Finally the overall weight of the boot is kept light thanks ti DC's MOLDED EVA MIDSOLE. The field features the COMMAND LINER. |
