Defective Films has teamed up with StepChild Snowboards and Nomis Design to produce a StepChild / Nomis team movie titled “CHILD SUPPORT”. “This is the StepChild and Nomis team video created by Sean Johnson, who brought you classic videos like the Whiskey series and modern hits like Video Gangs and Promo Copy.

This video is going to be amazing-you’ll see footage from 1985 of freestyle legend Terry Kidwell, insane Whistler pillow lines, and a two-year part from Simon Chamberlain. We know the entire team has been working their asses off when Sean tells us, “Every StepChild rider lost their girlfriend while filming for this movie.” And furthermore, “The movie almost killed everyone involved.” Proof of this will be in the parts of Joe Sexton and Risto Ruokola who both had breakout seasons. “On top of buying this DVD with all the hot progressive snowboard action, you also get a free 56 page hard cover picture book along with a free Child Support bandana.” –Transworld Snowboarding Magazine-September 2007 issue.
